The Unicorn Disc works differently from a period cup. Instead of sitting in the canal and forming a cup-style seal, it sits higher in the vaginal fornix. The back of the disc sits behind the cervix and the front rim tucks securely behind the pubic bone.

That difference matters. Some people who struggle with cups find a disc much easier or more comfortable, while others simply prefer how a disc feels.

Every twin pack contains both Unicorn Disc sizes, so you can work with your own anatomy rather than trying to guess a single size before you have even used one.

Wear time: up to 12 hours, depending on your flow. Empty sooner whenever your own flow requires it.

How Disc sizing works
Disc sizing is not the same as cup sizing. A disc needs to span the space from behind the cervix to the pubic bone, so fit is influenced by the distance between the pubic bone and the posterior fornix.

A high cervix does not automatically mean you need the Large Disc. Likewise, not being able to reach your cervix does not, on its own, tell you which disc size you need.

One of the clearest signs that a disc may be too large is that the front rim will not stay tucked behind the pubic bone and repeatedly pops out of position. If a disc feels uncomfortable or sits very low at the entrance, your cervix may also be sitting lower that day.

Care

Empty and clean your Disc as directed during your period, and sterilise it according to the supplied instructions. Your wash/sterilise case is included to make this easier. Do not use harsh or unsuitable household cleaning products on the silicone.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
